Over the past year, we’ve released several new features and updates to REW CRM that were inspired by your feedback (keep sharing them here on the forum!). I want to make sure you didn’t miss any of these changes and how they can help you work more efficiently and connect better with your leads.
Here are some of the biggest updates we’ve launched within the past 12 months:
- Buyer Compensation Tool:This helps you display buyer compensation clearly and compliantly on your listings. This tool supports transparency and reduces back-and-forth inquiries about compensation details. Note: you can only put buyer compensation on your own listings on your website, and make sure to still double check with your MLS Board to verify that you’re compliant.
- Agent Goals and Report Scorecards: These REW CRM features help you set daily and annual goals, track your performance, and stay accountable. It’s also a valuable coaching tool for team leaders. Your agent performance is summarized in a report card format, which makes it easier to understand.
- Automations: An incredible way to automate key but repetitive tasks like sending emails, notifications, or assigning leads. It uses a framework of triggers, conditions, and actions to set automation rules. We’re releasing Automations Phase 2 soon, so stay tuned!
- Google Calendar Sync and Push Notifications: These updates keep you on top of your appointments and lead activities by syncing your calendar and sending timely notifications to your mobile and computer.
- REW Dialer Updates: We just recently released the Caller ID feature in the Dialer. This will allow you to display your own phone number, which can increase your call answer rate and avoid getting your calls labelled as spams. We also updated the dialer with Conversations Mapping, a feature that automatically categorizes and logs call outcome and conversation data on the CRM. This makes REW Dialer the only dialer that has automation, call tracking, and Caller ID.
- Lead Details Page Redesign: We refreshed the Lead Details page with a more mobile-friendly layout with new communication totals, collapsible panels, an activity line graph, and relationship fields.
- Conversation Metrics: Definitely one of the biggest and most exciting updates this year, the Conversations metrics is our way of promoting a shift of focus from call volume to conversations. While the number of calls are important to track, it’s the actual connections and interactions that close deals. By adding Conversations Metrics on REW CRM, you can easily track this data and optimize your outreach strategy.
