Turn Conversations Into Conversions: Our Latest REW Dialer Update is Now Live
We’re back again this July for another product update, this time focused on boosting your efficiency with calling leads. As real estate agents, you’re always busy with calls (just the way we like it!), and this latest release is here to improve your outreach experience. We've made it possible to enable caller ID on REW Dialer and added a phone status icon and filters that will help you manage your calls.

Use Caller ID on REW Dialer
Thanks to your feedback, we've developed a Caller ID function on REW Dialer. Now, when you are calling leads you can have your number appear, rather than the virtual number. This means your calls are more likely to get answered and less likely to get flagged as spam.
We want to make it easier for you to use the Dialer so you can automatically log your data and analyze your Conversations metrics. As we always say, “If it’s not recorded on the CRM, then it didn’t happen.” With this update, you can conveniently call leads from the CRM using your phone number, have important data such as call outcome and duration conveniently tracked, and have the ability to measure your progress.
Phone Number Status Icon and Filters
Our recent product updates have been centered on making the CRM even more user-friendly, and our July update is no different. Now, you’ll know a lead’s phone status at a glance with the new icon displayed beside the lead’s number. If the phone number is verified, a green checkmark will appear, while a red X mark will be seen if it’s a bad number (call did not connect), wrong number (a different person answers the call), or unverified. If you’re calling a lead for the first time using the Dialer, the phone status will automatically be updated.

How These Updates Help
How will the July product update impact your work? By removing barriers to using the Dialer, you’ll enjoy a more convenient call experience and have an easier time tracking your Conversations metrics. With the latest update, you can now dial from the CRM Dialer using your own phone number, and key Conversations data—like call outcome and duration—is automatically logged. At Real Estate Webmasters, we believe in measuring conversations, not just call volume. It’s meaningful conversations that lead to conversions, which is why tracking them should be a common practice.
Another way this product release helps is by promoting better CRM hygiene. REW CRM is a powerful tool for lead management and conversion, but it can only reach its full potential if agents diligently update records and data. With the help of the new phone status icon and filters, you can easily verify the phone number of your leads and ensure you have the correct contact information. Clean data means better connection rates and fewer wasted dials.
As real estate professionals, relationships are the lifeblood of our work. It all starts with that first call, which grows into real conversations, so leverage REW CRM and the Dialer to make that process effortless and more effective.
