Winter is almost here, and so is our next product update! In this blog, we’ll give you a sneak peak of the upcoming exciting tools that will revolutionize the way you work. This winter release was shaped with the help of our clients’ feedback and insights from Gary Ashton, one of our product advisors. Thank you for helping us make it even better. Now, let’s dive in!

AI Call Grading and Coaching

In our latest product update, we introduced REW Dialer’s AI Call Transcripts and Summaries, a feature that eliminates the need for note-taking and protects agents in case of disputes. As part of our commitment to incorporating AI in our CRM, the next phase of our dialer update is now about Call Grading and Coaching. 

Having automatic access to call transcripts and summaries help agents fully focus on conversations, improving their chances of converting leads. To further boost their conversation skills, we developed an AI feature that grades your calls and gives detailed coaching on how to improve your conversations. AI Grading gives you a quick but deep understanding of where you did well and the areas that need improvement. It individually grades you on different categories related to real estate sales, and summarizes your performance with an overall letter grade. 

AI coaching is also provided at the end of each call, offering agents feedback and advice on how to better connect with leads, address concerns, and convert them to clients. This coaching is available 24/7 without the emotional friction that can happen between agents and team leaders. With this, agents can have more opportunities to grow and achieve their desired results.

Email Metrics and Campaigns Redesign

We want REW CRM to be the platform where you can do all your work. Soon, you won't need to switch software or tools to accomplish your various tasks. Currently, agents can use the CRM to send emails and automate drip campaigns, but with the upcoming Email Metrics and Campaigns Redesign, users can also access key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, unsubscribes, and more. These stats are going to be available for campaigns and individual emails.

We’re big on analyzing performance, and this feature will ensure you can review your campaign results and adjust your email strategy if needed. This means you can also opt out of using third party email marketing platforms, which will centralize your work in the CRM and reduce your cost.

Lead Stage Manager

Leads are typically categorized based on their stagewhether they’re a lead, contact, or client. With the winter release comes a Lead Stage Manager that will allow CRM users to add, delete, and organize their own lead stages. This will give agents more flexibility and accuracy in labelling leads. One of our incredible product advisors, Gary Ashton, Founder and Team Leader of the Ashton Real Estate Group, the #1 RE/MAX team in the world, inspired this feature. As a seasoned agent and leader, he clearly understands agent needs and how to support them.

Presentation Mode

We know how serious you are about guarding your clients’ information, that’s why we’ve developed Presentation Mode on REW CRM, a feature that automatically blurs out sensitive data (deal names, address, phone numbers, email, etc.). There are moments when team leaders will need to demo features to new agents, showcase the backend for training sessions, or share their screen during virtual meetings. With Presentation Mode, you don’t have to worry about security or accidentally exposing client details.

Blog Subscription Button

We're adding a subscription button on the blog pages so you can capture the contact information of interested visitors. These new leads are automatically added to a group in your CRM, which allows you to manually send them updates whenever you publish a new post (Note: the system does not automatically email captured leads). The button and form are snippets, which allows you to customize them.

Display Open House

Do you want to showcase open house details right on your listings? Soon, you can display open house details on your Renaissance website without needing to create a separate page or perform custom work. The open house details are sourced from the IDX feed, which can also be used as a filter and sorting criteria on the IDX search page. If the open house information is not available in the IDX, you still have the option to manually add the details on the enhanced listing section in REW CRM. 

REW client and  Forum member, Jolene Weinstein, suggested this Renaissance feature. And guess what? We love it! It's added to our R&D roadmap and you can expect its launch in our winter release.
