In our recent Summer of Innovation webinar, Aayaam Kapoor, our VP of Product and Agency, gave us an inside look at how to make the most of Agent Goals and Report Scorecards in REW CRM. Setting Up and Tracking Your Goals

Setting up your goals in REW CRM is straightforward. Start in the My Setup section, where you can customize both daily and annual targets. For daily goals, you can set specific targets for calls, emails, texts, and deal appointments, as well as define your workdays to ensure your goals match your schedule. When it comes to annual goals, you can set the year, establish a commission goal, and determine the total number of buy side and sell side you aim to achieve.

Tracking your progress is just as easy. For daily goals, navigate to the Agent Dashboard and click on ‘Grade Me.’ You’ll receive a letter grade that gives you a clear summary of how well you’re meeting your targets. This feature allows you to change the timeline and analyze your data, identifying trends and correlations. 

For annual goals, you can create a custom ‘View’ on the Agent Dashboard to monitor your progress and select the four key performance indicators (KPIs) in your annual goals.
