Event Highlights

The event started with a warm welcome reception on January 16, where attendees could see each other for the first time, fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and anticipation. The official kickoff happened the following day when Meghan Barry, President of LRE®, took the stage to provide a comprehensive update about the network. The program continued with an array of talks, including a captivating session featuring our CEO, Morgan Carey, delving into AI and real estate alongside Philip Weiser of Carlton International.

The symposium also spotlighted select LRE® members with the Global Networking Award, acknowledging their outstanding contributions to international luxury real estate. Furthermore, networking sessions were strategically woven into the event, encouraging collaborations and synergies among the attendees.

The French Riviera's allure was not confined to the conference rooms, as participants were treated to luxury property tours in the enchanting Côte d'Azur. A private walking city tour was also provided, adding a touch of cultural immersion to the overall experience. The symposium concluded on a high note with a closing night dinner at the renowned Bistro Les Canailles, providing a fitting finale to this extraordinary gathering.

AI in Real Estate

In an era where technology continues to reshape industries, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in real estate has emerged as a transformative force. Philip Weiser and Morgan Carey, two distinguished leaders in the field, led an insightful dialogue on the topic 'AI and the Real Estate Industry: Its Impact on Buyers, Sellers, and the Real Estate Professional'. They discussed AI's profound influence on key stakeholders– from buyers seeking their dream homes to sellers navigating the market intricacies and the real estate professionals navigating this evolving landscape. The session invited participants to engage in an open and honest exchange, sharing their experiences and opinions on the immense effect of technology in our industry.
