Closing the Year with Innovation: Exciting Product Updates
In addition to the Automation feature, our last release of the 2024 also included some other exciting updates to REW CRM that we think you’re going to love. From new filters that make managing data easier to redesigned headers and emails, these changes are all about making your day-to-day tasks easier. We’ve also included a few other tweaks to improve your overall experience. Let’s take a closer look at what else is new and how these updates can help you get even more out of your CRM.
New View Filter in Smart Lists
While REW CRM’s Automation was the star of the show in our recent updates, the addition of the View filter in Smart Lists is another fantastic improvement that deserves some attention. This update makes your REW CRM experience even more seamless and efficient, giving you more control over how you manage your leads.
For those who may be new to Smart Lists, these are customizable, dynamic lists in REW CRM that help you organize and segment your leads based on specific criteria. They’re perfect for prioritizing follow-ups, targeting specific lead types, or simply staying on top of your workflows.
With the new View Filter feature, you can now tailor exactly what information you want to see when working within your Smart Lists. You can adjust the data columns that will be displayed in each individual Smart List. This means when you switch between lists, the views automatically adapt to show you the most relevant data—no more manually editing your layout every time you change lists.
Here are the steps on how to save a customized view for your Smart Lists:
1. Log in to REW CRM and head to the “Leads” tab.
2. Click “Manage Smart Lists’ on the left-hand side bar.
3. Select the pen logo to edit a specific Smart List.
4. In the pop- up window, type “View” in the filter search bar.
5. Click the “View” field and select the view you want to apply to the Smart List.
6. Click the “Save” button, edit the Smart List name if needed, then hit “Save Changes.”
Having customized views saved to Smart Lists helps you stay organized, save time, and work more efficiently. Instead of adjusting your layout every time, you can focus on your leads with an optimized view tailored to your needs, making lead management faster and more intuitive.
New Property Search Filters
Another addition to the REW CRM Lead View is the ability to search based on the types of properties your leads are engaging with. Whether it’s the properties they’ve viewed or their defined search preferences, these new filters offer a deeper understanding of your leads' interests, which helps you tailor your outreach more effectively.
The following property-based filters are now available in the Lead View:
- Listing MLS Number
- Listing Type
- Listing Sub-Type
- Listing City
- Listing Subdivision
- Listing # Beds
- Listing # Baths
- Listing SqFt
- Listing Price
- Listing Office
- Listing Agent
- Listing Elementary School
- Listing Middle School
- Listing High School
- Listing School District
With these powerful new filters, agents can quickly identify trends, tailor property suggestions, and provide a more personalized experience for leads. Additionally, agents now have the option to manually edit a lead’s trending search preferences to better align with their needs. Here’s how to do it:
1. Log in to REW CRM.
2. Head over to the “Leads” tab and select a lead.
3. In the lead’s profile page, scroll down to the “Searches” section.”
4. Click the “Edit” button under the “Trending” tab and fill out the fields.
5. Hit “Save.”
Please take note that once search preferences are updated manually, they won’t automatically change based on future activity. Use this feature only if you intend to make manual updates to your leads' trending search preferences moving forward.
