A Quick Glance At The New Snippets Library
The Snippets Library is one of six new features that we’ve just introduced in our latest update, and one of two that revolves around improving page design. You can find your new Snippets Library page within the backend of your site, as well as at the Snippets Library URL (www.yourwebsitehere.com/snippets-library).
Think of the library as your visual workspace. It allows you to see all available design snippets exactly as they would appear on a live page, giving you a clear preview before you commit to a design. You can explore different layouts, incorporating both images and videos, to elevate your website for free.
Each snippet within the Snippets Library provides you with important information regarding ideal character counts, the type of content you could add, and the formatting of the images/videos that would look best.

As well, each snippet is interactive, with a button located right underneath that takes you directly to the backend code. When clicked, it opens up the code in a new tab for your convenience. Simply copy the snippet, rename it, and alter the code as you desire. More instructions are built into the code itself, providing you with a guide of where and what to change.
In the backend, it is recommended to copy the snippet before making any edits
It is recommended that you copy the snippet as opposed to altering the original one. This preserves the code if you need to make more copies or if something goes wrong while you are changing things. However, If you ever feel like you've gone too far, reverting to the original is just a click away.

While the Snippets Library illustrates what is already installed on your site, the Canvas Page Template feature (another new feature in our summer release!) opens the doors for even more possibilities.
You’ll find the Canvas Page Template with the other Page Templates (Cover, Content, Community, etc.). This feature renders your page completely blank, providing you with a clean slate to inject your own custom CSS code into the Head section. So for interested coders (or those utilizing the wealth of AI programs that can assist you), this feature saves you design time and money—giving you the control to create the layout that you want.
