At Real Estate Webmasters, our goal is to create the best tools to support agents in becoming top producers. To make that happen, we've formed a new product advisory board composed of Gary Ashton, Justin Havre, and Ken Pozek. These real estate leaders have earned their place at the top through exceptional sales volume, transactions, awards, and industry contributions, which makes us excited to work alongside them.

We created this advisory board with a simple belief: if a tool doesn’t work for the best in the world, then it’s not the best. Partnering with Gary, Justin, and Ken as product advisors gives us the ability to create the ultimate CRM that will address real agent needs and propel them to the top.

Gary Ashton

Gary Ashton has been a valuable client of Real Estate Webmasters for over 20 years now. He is the founder and leader of the Ashton Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Advantage, which is the No. 1 RE/MAX team in the world. Gary’s career started in 2001, and his reputation continuously grew over the years, earning a spot in the Top 1% Realtors in Nashville. He has visited Real Estate Webmasters’ headquarters on Vancouver Island, and our team has also been welcomed to Gary’s office in Nashville multiple times.

Our upcoming feature which will be released at the end of September, Pinned Notes on Lead Profiles, was suggested by Gary. This will allow REW CRM users to have important notes permanently placed on top of the Notes section for easy visibility. Gary is also helping the team develop a customizable lead funnel in the CRM to give users more flexibility when it comes to labelling leads. His vast professional experience definitely allows him to identify new opportunities and points for improvement.

Justin Havre

As the leader of the No. 1 eXp Realty team in Canada, the Justin Havre Real Estate Team, it’s difficult to find an agent in Calgary who hasn't heard of Justin Havre. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, is widely recognized as the Calgary advisor of choice, and is ranked the #1 REALTOR® in Calgary by REstats™. Additionally, Justin placed among the BUZZ Top 100 Honourees, which recognizes the Most Influential Voices in Canadian Real Estate.

We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation, and Justin, an AI advocate, is the perfect advisor to collaborate with on this aspect. We’re upgrading REW CRM with AI-focused features and can’t wait to launch them in our future product releases. Aside from AI, Justin is also big on promoting accountability. This inspired us to incorporate Conversations Metrics in REW CRM so agents can track and measure their performance in terms of lead engagement. Instead of focusing on call volume, these metrics highlight the far heavier impact of meaningful conversations on conversion. If you implement the Speed to Lead strategy, you won’t even need to increase your call attempts to start more conversations and close more deals.

Lastly, Justin is also advising the team on a future campaigns and reporting feature, which will equip REW CRM with the ability to track email campaign metrics such as open rate, bounce rate, and more.

Ken Pozek

Ken Pozek is not just a YouTube sensation with millions of views, he is also the leader of the No. 1 Keller Williams Team, the Ken Pozek Group, and founder of The Orlando Real. His career started in 2003, and the real estate industry, especially in Orlando, has never been the same since. He led his team to close thousands of successful transactions and received positive reviews from his clients. All these, plus his multiple awards leave no doubt on why Ken is a force to be reckoned.

REW CRM's Automations Phase 2 will be launched in our upcoming September product release. This update will introduce new triggers, conditions, and actions so you can create more advanced automation rules in the CRM. Ken and his team shared valuable use cases centered on deal transactions, lead assignments to groups, and action plans, making the next phase of Automations more powerful than ever!

How the Collaboration Works

Our CEO, Morgan Carey, the new product advisers, and their respective teams regularly communicate through video calls, emails, and texts to push the collaboration forward. The agenda includes evaluating our current CRM features, analyzing other CRM tools, and discussing new technology that the industry hasn’t seen yet. We are innovators at heart, and building features that haven’t existed before is definitely part of creating a never-before-seen CRM.

Product Advisors FAQ

What makes the product advisors' feedback valuable?

Gary, Justin, and Ken have vast experience and are active in the field. They know what slows agents down, what tools actually help, and where the gaps are in most CRMs.

Will their ideas only help big teams?

While they run huge teams, the improvements and features they suggest benefit solo agents and small teams too.

Do I need to be a tech expert to give feedback?

Not at all. We want to hear about your daily challenges at work. That’s what guides us in building the right tools and solutions.
