Closing Gaps Between Clients: Personalize Your Workflows With Lead Stage Manager To Procure More Deals
Capturing new leads is one of the most important parts of a business, but often, the far trickier objective is turning those new, unfocused leads into clients. Managing this part of the process is something that can take up a lot of time and energy—especially for those with large teams and limited time. So, we’ve come up with a couple of great new features to help make all of this a little bit easier on you.

Adding multiple leads to a stage on the Leads Homepage
Real Estate Webmasters’ winter release sees an updated Lead Stage Manager in the CRM, a tool which allows you more organization and greater control over your leads. Let’s dive into how this new type of categorization works, and how your business operations just became more streamlined.

Lead Stage Manager: Begin With The Basics
In the past, users could already view a lot of information about their incoming leads, such as when they joined, their contact information, and a breakdown of their recent activity. But when leads start pouring in as your business grows, it can be difficult to keep track of one key metric: potential.

Using the drag-and-drop method to organize stage leads
Not all leads are made the same, and some have a greater chance of turning into a legitimate client for your business.
The new Lead Stage Manager is located within the My Setup section of the CRM, and then underneath Stages. Here, Super Admins can view the default lead categories: Lead, Contact, and Client. You can manually add your own stages and these can be sorted and reordered using the drag-and-drop method. Stages can be moved around in order of personal relevance. In short, it’s a simple update that provides you with a lot of administrative power—and you’ve only just started to utilize this feature.
Turn Structured Workflows Into A Plan Of Action
While in theory, communicating with and organizing leads is a simple concept, in practice, there are many ways in which potential leads can fall through the cracks. With the new Lead Stage Manager, leads can be assessed, categorized, plotted, and ordered for importance in clearly defined phases—meaning that there is less likelihood for a drop-off in communication on your end and a greater probability of securing a client.
For instance, leads sorted into a Contact stage can be leads that have actively engaged a two-way communication with an agent, while leads sorted into a Nurture stage are those who have shown interest but are not yet ready to buy. The same can be done for a wealth of other categories, all of which are up to you.

Assigning a stage to a lead via the Lead Details Page
With new lead stages, it’s easier to visualize and keep track of what is coming in, ultimately minimizing the potential of losing or stalling leads. It simplifies operations for large teams or groups of agents, indicating what needs attention, tracking stage progress, and illustrating strengths and weaknesses in order to plan next steps.
You control your own lead stage structure and assess the potential with your own strategy. Decide what works best for you and your business, and then create intelligent workflows that funnel into different action plans for outreach.
Closing Summary
Our new Lead Stage Manager update is just one more way that Real Estate Webmasters is helping you and your team better coordinate with one another—reducing the number of leads lost. Tailor your marketing and business strategies with clearly-defined, colour-coded stages and greater opportunities for organization.
