Receive Instant Notifications
Push Notifications in REW CRM provide real-time alerts that pop up directly on your screen—whether you're on mobile or desktop—so you can take action immediately without relying on text or email.
You'll receive notifications for:
- New leads in Shark Tank – When an unassigned lead enters the pool, agents with Shark Tank access get notified and can claim it on a first-come, first-served basis.
- New lead assignments – Know the moment a lead is assigned to you.
- New inquiries and form submissions – Stay updated when a lead submits a standard (non-custom) REW form.
To enable Push Notifications, go to your ‘Agent Profile’ in REW CRM, navigate to ‘Notifications’, and check the boxes for the notifications you want to receive. You can also send test notifications to make sure everything is set up correctly. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.

As long as your notifications are enabled on your chosen browser and device system settings, and "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned off, you'll be notified anywhere, anytime. This way, you’ll always be in the loop and ready to respond.
