Where It Started

Let's revisit the recent REW Summit in Nashville, where we enjoyed a fantastic R&D session and engaging roundtable discussions. Alongside the excitement of showcasing our latest and upcoming releases, we had the invaluable opportunity to hear directly from our customers. Their feedback hit us hard—in a good way—it made us realize we need to do better at keeping you informed about all the cutting edge tools we already have, and the cool new stuff we're working on.

Inspired by this, we launched the Summer of Innovation webinar series. Our goal is to improve communication channels and educate our customers more effectively through weekly webinars and quick hits, providing insights into feature benefits, tips, and the theory behind our developments.

Leverage Our Product Releases

The first Summer of Innovation webinar kicked off by highlighting our latest releases, including the buyer compensation tool. This update is a direct response to the Burnett court ruling against major brokerages and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). By developing this tool, we aim to provide more transparency and fairness in buyer compensation, address industry changes, and ensure your compliance with the latest legal standards. Another highlighted feature was the new average response time metric in Agents View, which empowers agents to monitor and enhance their responsiveness.

Additionally, Morgan also gave us a sneak peek into what's coming this July and the following months:

  • Leads Mobile View & Responsive Web Redesign: We're revamping our leads interface to optimize it fully for both mobile and web platforms. This upgrade will enable agents to efficiently manage leads from any location.
  • Enhanced Agent Goals and Report Scorecards: Improvements to our goal-setting and reporting tools will support agents in staying on track and achieving their goals more effectively.
  • Transition to Email Notifications with Twilio: We're shifting our notification system from SMS to email alerts for better integration with Twilio.
  • Real-Time Push Notifications for REW CRM: Agents will receive instant updates and alerts in real-time directly on their devices through new push notifications.
  • Multiple CC'd Notifications in Renaissance: Updates to our notification system will support multiple recipients, ensuring essential team members remain informed.
  • Linking Relationships Between Leads: This will help track connections and relationships, offering a more comprehensive view of potential opportunities and client networks.
  • Add Speed to Lead Action Plan to All REN Installs: This update ensures the Speed to Lead Action Plan is automatically added to the CRM.
  • Agent Restrictions in Compensation Tool: Enhancements to the Buyer Compensation tool will make sure that agents can only add compensation to their own listings.
  • 24-Hour Call Report: This feature enables users to analyze their call patterns to gauge productivity, their ability to follow action plans, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Automation Engine: If specific conditions are met, agents can automate actions based on predefined rules to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Email Integration for Personal Gmail Account, Contacts, and Calendars: Seamlessly integrate your personal Gmail account, contacts, and calendars with REW CRM, making it easier to manage your communications and schedule in one place.
