2025 has been all about having conversations and listening to our customers, advisors, and other real estate professionals. We wanted to understand the challenges you’re facing at work and provide tools to support you in achieving your goals. In this blog, we’ll look back not only on the features we built, but all the ways we grew together and made a difference in the industry.

Powerful Updates Released in 2025

Our team definitely didn’t put any brakes on this year, releasing a host of powerful new features. Listing every single one here would make this blog way too long but you can check out the full list of product updates in our release section. Below, we’ve highlighted the REW CRM features that made the biggest impact on how agents work and helped boost their results in 2025.

Conversations Metrics

One of our most game-changing features in 2025 is Conversations Metrics, a feature that allows users to log key data such as call outcome, duration, date, and time, and use it as filters in the CRM. Instead of call volume, we believe that it's the number of conversions that has a more direct effect on your conversion rates. Therefore, it’s crucial that agents have an efficient way of tracking their conversations with leads.

REW Dialer and AI Update

In line with the addition of Conversations Metrics on REW CRM, we also updated the REW Dialer to automatically map conversations and record the metrics. With the launch of Caller ID this year, this currently makes the REW Dialer the only dialer that combines automatic metric tracking with Caller ID.

In the last quarter of 2025, we rolled out AI-Generated Call Transcripts and Summaries, which provides agents a full transcript of their calls so they can review it anytime and use it as protection in case of disputes. Meanwhile, the Call Summary feature takes away the need for note-taking, empowering agents to completely focus on their conversations. Plus, this makes it easier for agents to remember important information about each lead, and what next steps they need to take to convert them.

In early 2026, we’re releasing the second phase of our AI Dialer update: AI Grading and Coaching. Customers who subscribe to this tool will automatically have their calls rated across different real estate sales categories, allowing them to immediately note the areas they’re crushing, and the aspects they need to improve on. The AI Coaching feature compliments AI Grading, giving agents a comprehensive detailed feedback on how they can make more meaningful conversations. Stay tuned for their release!

Automations Phase 2

The second phase of REW CRM’s Automations feature introduced new triggers, conditions and actions that allowed users to create more advanced automations. With how busy and on-the-go agents are, automations let agents focus on tasks that only they can do and build stronger relationships with their leads. Imagine sending email campaigns, adding leads to groups, setting up notifications, and other key tasks taken off your plate because the CRM does it for you. You get more time and mental bandwidth to accomplish other work that has a big impact on your conversion rate!

Updated Engagement Wheel

This year, we updated the CRM’s Engagement Wheel to better help agents successfully close more deals. Found on the Lead Details Page, the wheel guides users into accomplishing 8 crucial tasks: log a call, send a text, log a conversation, send an email, save a search, book an appointment, log an offer, and close a deal. The update makes it easier to remember what you need to do to engage leads, and reflects our mission to encourage agents to track their conversation metrics.

2025 is a year filled with innovative updates that empowers agents to reach their full potential. By providing tools that streamline their workflow, allow them to focus on high-impact tasks, and give them access to actionable insights, agents can hit or even exceed their goals.

New Product Advisory Board

Real Estate Webmasters formed a new advisory board this year to create the best real estate CRM that will address agents’ needs. Composed of the industry’s best, these advisors have helped us shape some of the features we’ve released in 2025. We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Gary Ashton, leader of the #1 RE/MAX team in the world, Justin Havre, leader of the #1 eXp Realty team in Canada, and Ken Pozek, leader of the #1 Keller Williams team, in developing new tools that will revolutionize the real estate technology space.

Educational Resources

This year is not just about launching powerful updates, it’s also about supporting our customers through educational resources. We want our clients to have readily available platforms they can go to if they want to learn more about our products and new features. That’s why we created a Resources Page and revamped the REW Academy.

The Resources page is the central hub for all the information you’ll need about REW CRM, the Renaissance website, SEO, PPC, and all our other products and services. There, you’ll find blog posts, guides, quick links and articles that will help you leverage our powerful tools. On the other hand, the REW Academy houses all our video content—tutorials, walkthroughs, quick hits, and courses. We gave it a makeover and revamped the layout, added new search features, redesigned the video player, updated the content, and so much more.

On top of these online platforms, Morgan Carey has started hosting live REW CRM coaching sessions to help agents master the CRM and get suggestions on what new features they’d like to see in the future. It also provides a great opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions to Morgan and the team.

Don’t miss our first REW CRM coaching session of 2026 on Wednesday, January 14, at 12 p.m. PST. Morgan will walk through setting goals in the CRM, leveraging Smart Lists, and our upcoming winter release, which is happening the same week. Sign up now to join the session!

Giving Back to the Community

We know we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our community. That’s why, every holiday season, we partner with Volunteer Nanaimo to support local families in need. Through the Christmas Angels program, we help fulfill the wish lists of parents and children, making their Christmas a little brighter. On November 23, our team visited Walmart at Woodgrove Mall to shop for gifts and essential items, and helped wrap presents for the families in the program. Giving back to the community will always be at the heart of what we do, and we’re happy that we were able to spread joy this holiday season.

Our winter release, which is scheduled to launch in January, includes powerful new REW CRM features such as the Emails Metrics and Campaigns Redesign (shoutout to Justin Havre for the inspiration), the Lead Stage Manager (thanks to Gary Ashton for the valuable input), Presentation Mode, Display Open House, and a Blog Subscription Button.
