Automate Your Workflow
We understand how busy agents are and how difficult it can be to check off all the items on your to-do list. That’s why one of the areas we focused on this year is automations. We updated REW CRM with the Automations feature to allow agents to automate key processes, such as emailing leads, adding leads to groups, enabling notifications, and so much more.
Automations works on a framework that uses triggers, conditions, and actions. The trigger, which can be a website or CRM event, starts the automation, while conditions help filter it so you can narrow down which leads are affected. Once the trigger and conditions are met, the action you set automatically happens, streamlining your workflow and giving you more time to work on things only you can do.
Automations Phase 1 came out at the end of 2024, and Phase 2 was launched this year to add more triggers, conditions, and actions that you can use to create advanced automations. Phase 3 is coming out next year, so stay tuned!

Another automation feature built into REW CRM is Push Notifications. This allows you to automatically receive alerts that pop on your mobile and computer screen so you’re always on top of your lead management. You’ll receive notifications whenever a lead is assigned to you, a lead enters Shark Tank, and a lead submits a form.

Connect with REW Dialer
Connecting and building relationships with leads is one of the most crucial aspects of being a real estate professional. With the REW Dialer, you can easily reach out to leads and start the first step in establishing trust and credibility. The dialer also automatically maps your conversations, which means you don’t have to manually log your calls and key conversation metrics, such as call outcome and duration.
Plus, the REW Dialer has a Caller ID function that enables you to use your own phone number to call leads. This helps prevent your calls from being tagged as spam and earn the trust of the person you’re calling. These features currently make the REW Dialer the only dialer that combines automations and Caller ID!
On top of Conversations Mapping and Caller ID, the REW Dialer is updated with AI functions that lets users automatically record call transcripts and summaries. We’re also releasing a new AI feature that provides call grading and coaching that’s launching in early 2026. With all these powerful dialer functions available to our customers, they can make more meaningful conversations that lead to more closed deals.

Leverage AI Integration
AI is transforming the industry, and using it effectively is key to staying on top. We want our customers to always have the most cutting edge tools available, which is why we pushed out AI updates such as the AI-Generated Call Transcripts and Summaries. With this feature, dialer users can access their call transcripts on the CRM and use it to review conversations, or protect themselves in case of disputes. You can also find a summary of your call, which makes it easier to recall important lead information and next steps.
As part of our AI integration efforts, we’re adding AI Call Grading and Coaching to the dialer this winter. The goal with the update is to improve agent performance while avoiding the conflict that may happen when team leaders give feedback. It also provides 24/7 coaching, which means agents don’t have to wait and schedule a meeting with managers to get an assessment of their work performance.
Once available, your calls will receive an overall letter grade to show how well you did. The feature will also grade you based on real estate sales categories, so you can easily identify which aspects you’re doing great in and which areas you need to improve on. Finally, you’ll be given detailed and objective coaching that will help you have more meaningful conversations and boost your conversion rate.

Another AI feature that sets REW CRM apart from other platforms is REWpert, our AI robot. REWpert is custom built with industry-leading OpenAI technology to help real estate professionals create content, draft communication materials, write property descriptions, and generate insights. Think of it as having ChatGPT built into your CRM! If you need inspiration for blog ideas, help writing an email or social media post, or assistance with anything else, you can ask REWpert. However, please take note that you still need to review and refine REWpert’s output as it can miss specific compliance requirements or nuanced details. Leveraging AI is still a powerful move, but it works best when combined with your own expertise.

Streamline Lead Management
We love generating a lot of leads, but lead management can be challenging when you’re dealing with so many of them. With REW CRM, you don’t just avoid missing opportunities, you also access features that will boost your efficiency. One of these features is the Conversations Metrics, which allows you to record key conversation data such as call outcome, date, time, and duration. We believe that it’s conversation, more than call volume, that has a bigger impact on conversion rates. That’s why we added Conversation Metrics in the CRM. We also added these metrics in the CRM’s filters so you can create Views and Smart Lists to see a list of leads based on conversation factors.

In REW CRM, you can review your leads, agents, marketing sources, and deals by creating customized Views that display the exact columns and data you want, while Smart Lists is a feature that enables you to create lists based on your chosen filters. With a few simple clicks, you can easily see the information you need about each lead, and have a dynamic list of new leads that came in today, leads that have been active in the past week, or any other list based on your preferences.

On top of these powerful features, REW CRM has other tools that streamline your lead management. Each Lead Details Page has an Engagement Wheel that guides you through eight actions you need to take to effectively convert a lead. This includes logging a call, sending a text, logging a conversation, sending an email, saving a search, booking an appointment, logging an offer, and closing a deal. Each action starts grayed out but eventually becomes colored once the action is completed.
Another lead management feature is Quicknotes, which as its name suggests, allows you to quickly add and view lead notes on Views and the Lead Details page. This makes it easier for you and your team leader to remember what happened the last time you connected with the lead, and the next steps you need to do.
This year, REW CRM’s Deals feature was also updated so you can add Tags on your deals, making it easier to organize your deals and ensure you’re on top of your deal transactions with leads. You don’t want to miss anything, especially at this crucial stage.
We’re not yet done in making REW CRM the best real estate platform for agents. This winter, we’re releasing Lead Stage Manager, which was inspired by one of our incredible product advisors, Gary Ashton. Soon you can customize your lead funnels to reflect your team’s unique workflow. Each lead has a specific need depending on where they are in the buyer/ seller journey, and the Lead Stage Manager will give you the flexibility to make sure you can categorize and communicate to your leads effectively.
