Latest Product Features

We're thrilled to announce several new product releases that are developed to improve functionality, streamline workflows, and boost your ability to manage leads and deals effectively. Here's a quick overview of these amazing updates:

  • Lead Details Redesign- We've completely overhauled the leads details page to make it more mobile-friendly, ensuring you can review, contact, and take action on leads from any device. This redesign is all about giving you the flexibility to manage your leads on the go, making it easier than ever to stay connected with potential clients.
  • Revamped Lead My Setup- Actions in My Setup are now organized by category for easier navigation and lead management. We've also introduced a new feature that allows you to connect with our Account Managers to explore ways to generate even more leads.
  • New Agent Daily Goals and Report Card- Keeping track of your daily progress is now easier with the new Agent Goals and Report Scorecard features. Agents can set daily goals and track their performance through the 'Grade Me' option on the Agent View. This report card shows your progress based on calls, emails, texts, and appointments, giving you a clear picture of how you're measuring up to your daily targets or goals.
  • Speed-to-Lead Prebuilt Action Plan- In every new Renaissance installation, you'll now find the Speed-to-Lead action plan prebuilt and ready to go. This plan includes 15 automated tasks over seven days, designed to help you engage with new leads quickly and effectively. It's a simple yet powerful way to ensure no lead slips through the cracks.
  • Form Support for Lead Routing Rules- Managing new leads just got even better. Now, any lead that fills out and submits a form can be automatically routed and assigned to a specific agent or pool, streamlining the process and ensuring that the right person is always on the job.
  • Twilio Support for Agent Notifications- Agents can now receive text notifications directly from the CRM, thanks to the REW Texting feature, which uses the Twilio number linked to their account.
  • Lead Relationships- Understanding connections between leads is crucial, and we've made it easier with our new lead relationships feature. Now, you can add and track relationships between leads directly within the CRM, giving you deeper insights into your client base.
  • Listing Compensation Tool Enhancements- Agents now have restrictions in place, allowing them to add compensation data only to their own listings. Additionally, we've introduced a customizable disclaimer field that only users with Admin permissions can edit.
  • Lead First Response- We've added new fields to the Agent View to help you better track your lead response times. These include percentage averages for first response calls, texts, emails, and the overall first response rate. You'll also find first contact time fields added to the lead view, giving you more precise insights into your response performance.
  • REW Deals Enhancement- We've introduced a new agent permission that allows you to hide or show broker commission-related fields on the Deals view. This gives you greater control over the information displayed and ensures that sensitive data is protected when necessary.
