Following our insightful Summer of Innovation webinars series, we’re excited to introduce some key product updates that will positively impact your day-to-day workflow. Each new feature is built with your feedback in mind, making it easier to navigate REW CRM, streamline your process, and get better results. In this blog, we'll dive into these updates and show how they can make a big difference in your business.

Summer of Innovation Series

The Summer of Innovation was a webinar series created to bring real estate professionals and our team of experts together. The goal was not just to educate users on our latest and upcoming features but also to open a two-way conversation. Each session provided a detailed look at the tools available to help real estate businesses grow, while also encouraging attendees to share their feedback, ideas, and suggestions. This direct input has been vital in shaping our future developments and allows users to be a key part of our R&D process. Most of the updates recently rolled out are a direct result of this collaborative process, reflecting the valuable input we received throughout the series.

CC/BCC Lead Relationships

One of the key updates from our recent release is the ability to CC and BCC lead relationships directly within the email form on the lead details page. This feature makes managing communications with multiple contacts more seamless and efficient.

Now, when composing an email, the CC and BCC fields will automatically suggest any existing lead relationships linked to that particular contact. This means you can easily loop in other parties—spouses, friends, co-workers—without needing to manually search for their contact information. It’s a simple yet powerful addition that streamlines your communication process and helps ensure no important connections are overlooked.

Here’s how to utilize this update:

1. Log in to REW CRM and access your account.

2. Click on Leads in the top menu bar to access your list of contacts.

3. Select the lead you want to email from your list.

4. Click the "Email" button on the lead's details page.

5. A pop-up window will appear where you can compose your message. Compose a new email by clicking on "Send Email" and select the CC/BCC option to add additional recipients.

6. Choose the person you want to CC/BCC. The relationship label, lead name, and email will auto-suggest based on existing relationships for that contact.

MLS Numbers Added to Listings Card

Another valuable update to the lead details page is the addition of MLS numbers to the Listings card. This improvement makes it easier to quickly identify and reference specific properties associated with a lead.

Now, when viewing a lead’s listings on their details page, the MLS numbers are clearly displayed alongside the property information. This update simplifies communication and follow-up, especially when dealing with multiple listings, as you can easily reference the correct property by its MLS number without needing to search for it elsewhere. This small but impactful feature helps save time and ensures you have all the relevant property details at your fingertips.

New Permission- Agent Communications

We’ve introduced a new permission in the Agent permissions tab that allows an Agent to view the communication history of other Agents with their leads. This update enhances transparency and collaboration, which ensures every team member stays informed on lead interactions.

With this permission, Agents can access all previous communication, including emails, texts, phone calls, and the full lead activity history. Not only does this help with smoother follow-up, but it also ensures that if an Agent moves on or hands off a lead, the next Agent can easily take over. This feature keeps your team aligned and ensures a seamless transition in lead management.

Here’s how to grant this permission:

1. Log in to REW CRM.

2. Head to ‘Company’ in the top right corner of the menu.

3. Click ‘Agents’ to view the list of agents.

4. Choose the agent you want to give permission to.

5. Click the dropdown menu beside ‘Agent Summary.’

6. Select ‘Permissions.’

7. Under ‘Lead Privileges’, check the ‘Allow to view entire lead history’ option.

8. Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.

Other Key Updates

Our team also updated certain features to give you more control over your workspace and improve the overall efficiency on your workflow:

  • Lead Details Panels' State Retention: Now you can really make your lead details page your own! The panels you collapse or expand will stay the same, even if you log out or switch pages. This means you can keep your preferred setup just the way you like it, making your workflow that much smooth.

  • Clickable Deal Modal for Lead View: In the Leads view screen, the deal totals are now clickable. When you select the deal totals for a specific lead, a deals modal will pop up, displaying key information like the deal name, involved parties, close date, value, and commission. This makes it super convenient to get all the details you need without any hassle!

  • Drag & Drop Functionality for Views: With drag-and-drop functionality, you can now easily rearrange views within the Leads, Agents, Sources, and Deals page on REW CRM.

  • ReCaptcha Support: Enhance your website security with ReCaptcha Enterprise, which filters out spam bots entirely behind the scenes—your users won’t see a thing. Our REW support team will add unique ReCaptcha keys to each site, ensuring a cleaner, more secure experience.

These updates emphasize greater control, security, and personalization, ensuring that REW CRM fits your specific needs.

  • Customize Your Lead Details Page Layout: Use the panel retention feature to set up your lead details page to your preferences. Arrange panels based on your workflow, prioritizing the sections you use most frequently. This way, every time you log in, you’ll have an optimized layout that’s ready to go.
  • Leverage the Clickable Deal Modal: Take advantage of the clickable deal totals in the lead view. By viewing deals directly within the lead’s profile, you can quickly track deal progress without navigating to separate screens. 
  • Organize Your Custom Views: Use the drag-and-drop functionality to reorder views based on priority. Arrange it in a way that fits your specific needs, ensuring that the most critical information is front and center.
  • Assign and Manage Agent Permissions Thoughtfully: The new permission to view other agents’ lead communications is invaluable for teams working together on client accounts. Enable this setting when agents share or transfer leads to maintain transparency and continuity in client interactions.
  • Fill Out the Relationships Field: Make sure to complete the relationships field for each lead so that existing relationships are automatically suggested in the CC/BCC options when emailing.
