 As we bid farewell to the final days of 2023, it's only fitting to take a moment to rewind the tape and marvel at the incredible journey we've shared together. This year has been extraordinary, filled with milestones, challenges, and triumphs. 

Join us as we embark on a nostalgic journey through the chapters of the past 12 months, spotlighting the events that defined us, the awards that honored us, the innovations that propelled us, and the heartfelt initiatives that connected us with the communities we cherish.

Unforgettable Events

In our 2023 recap, we're delighted to revisit the extraordinary events that defined our year and connected us with real estate professionals worldwide. Each event offered a unique stage to showcase our cutting-edge tech solutions and engage in discussions that contributed to a successful strategy for the entire industry.

Our 2023 global journey kicked off in Barcelona with Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate’s Annual Symposium, followed by Inman Connect in New York. Continuing our exploration, we participated in LeadingRE’s Limitless Luxury Summit in Las Vegas and LRE®’s Spring Retreat in Key Largo, Florida. Our mid-year adventure took us to Bali, Indonesia, for the 2023 APAC Forum, where we fostered relationships, discussed trends, and contributed to the industry’s collective growth.

Our exploration extended further to the RealTrends’ Gathering of the Eagles in Florida, a return to Inman Connect in Las Vegas, RISMedia’s CEO Exchange in Washington, D.C., LRE®’s Annual Fall Conference in Park City, Utah, and concluded with NAR NXT in Anaheim, California. These conferences played a pivotal role in shaping our global narrative and opened doors to many opportunities.

Product Innovation

Product updates are the lifeblood of progress, and 2023 saw us push the boundaries of innovation. REW CRM evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of real estate professionals, and we’re proud of our extremely talented team that made these new features and updates possible.

One of our notable product updates this year is REW Dialer, which introduced a new era of efficiency in lead management by making contacting and following up with leads a seamless experience. Next was REW Deals, which streamlines deal management through its robust query engine, smart listings, and custom view management.

Another breakthrough for 2023 was the introduction of Motivations, Interests, and Tags, which organizes leads at another level, giving agents deeper insights about their clients. Finally, Source View came in last but proved to be a powerful year-ender in our product updates. This new feature allows for more efficient budget attribution and ROI tracking per marketing channel. These product innovations showcased our commitment to empowering you to navigate the real estate industry with confidence.

Awards: Proof of Excellence

2023 was undeniably a triumph for Real Estate Webmasters, as we clinched seven prestigious awards. Among the highlights were three golds from Muse Creative Awards and two MarCom Awards accolades, emphasizing our creative design excellence. Our website designs for Rob Thomson, Waterfront Properties, and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate earned us these distinctions, marking a significant cause for celebration.

Recognizing outstanding contributions within our team, Aayaam Kapoor, our Vice President of Product and Agency, received a HousingWire Insiders Award, a testament to his positive impact on our company and the broader industry. Capping off our year of achievements, we were honored with the Google Cloud Customer of the Year Award in the Cross-Industry category, showcasing how we boosted our performance and customer satisfaction with Google Cloud services.

Giving Back to the Community

Beyond the conferences and product updates, our commitment to positively impacting the community remains unwavering. We proudly sponsored BGCCVI Colours For Kids, with funds aiding not-for-profit programs for children, youth, and families in Central Vancouver Island. 

Additionally, our participation in Christmas Angels brought holiday joy to families in need in Nanaimo, B.C., by providing Christmas gifts. These initiatives reflect our mission and values that extend outside the real estate industry.
