In a time where a lot of business is done online, efficiency is one of the top priorities for companies.  As we really get into the swing of things in 2026, Real Estate Webmasters is preparing a few updates and enhancements in the REW CRM that helps streamline and optimize processes and ultimately close more deals.

REW CRM Winter 2026 Release

Here’s what the new Winter product release has in store for you—and how you can utilize these new features to their fullest potential.

Email Metrics and Campaigns Redesign

One of the most exciting updates is the changes to the REW CRM's Campaigns. You’ll be able to create more effective drip campaigns by viewing valuable email metrics, such as how many recipients have opened the email and how many have clicked on a link.

This has a number of benefits, but ultimately it provides tangible numbers so that you can see what aspects of your campaign are working and what needs to be improved. By adjusting your marketing strategies, you can send out fewer emails, receive stronger engagement, and achieve a higher ROI.

Lead Stage Manager

A deal doesn’t end when a lead is captured. That’s why Real Estate Webmasters has also updated the Lead Stage Manager in the CRM. This new update adds (adjustable and movable) categories to your leads—stages—so that you’re able to further organize potential clients based on your own evaluations.

Reordering Stages in the Lead Stage Manager

While it seems like a minor change, this method of organization helps ensure that your teams are always on the same page, by matching how they work. Instead of potential leads slipping through the cracks, the Lead Stage Manager feature simplifies the process with color-coded categories that can be dragged and renamed in order of importance.

Presentation Mode

Another new feature is Presentation Mode, which allows Super Admins to present and share their screen from the backend without exposing sensitive client information, such as last names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses.

This cool addition to the CRM makes the process of training and education within the business quick and easy. Presentation Mode can be toggled on/off via the hamburger menu, underneath the "Preferences, Sign Out, and Help" buttons.

Blog Subscriptions

Pivoting to content, Blog Subscriptions is another exciting new addition. Like its name suggests, this element allows for site visitors to subscribe to your blog to receive updates for the next time you post—with the high potential of turning interested guests into long-term leads.

Blog Subscriptions are just another way to nurture a loyal audience by continuously bringing them back to your site. And, of course, this consistent traffic has SEO benefits, as well, amplifying clicks and feeding right into the CRM.

Open Houses

Last, but certainly not least, comes the rollout of the Open Houses feature. Similar to the flag elements that are part of Enhanced Listings, the Open Houses feature adds visual aids to active listings, showing the next available times and dates.

This is a straightforward feature that doesn’t add extra pages or require any manual edits. Open Houses captures the attention of potential clients and provides a better user experience by providing pertinent information.
