Over the past 12 months, our team has worked hard to build powerful features and product updates to help agents save time, engage leads efficiently, and close more deals. These updates were made possible because of your feedback and suggestions, so thank you for being part of the journey. More exciting releases are coming your way, but before that, let’s recap the most impactful product updates we’ve launched within the past year!

The Buyer Compensation Tool

The Buyer Compensation Tool is designed to be customized so you'll have the freedom to use your own language and be able to comply with your specific MLS’ regulations. This tool promotes transparency by allowing you to display buyer compensation information (whether that’s in a dollar amount, percentage, or text format) directly on your listings on Renaissance. Plus, it eliminates the back-and-forth messaging that can happen when someone inquires about a listing’s compensation.

Please take note though, you should only add buyer compensation information on your own listings on your website. We do not feed these details back to the MLS data, and we do not use other distribution methods to make them available. A lot of MLS boards have already approved the Buyer Compensation Tool, but we still recommend consulting with your board to ensure that you are in full compliance with their rules.

Lead Details Page Redesign

We know that you’re always on the go, and because of that, you’re also constantly working on your mobile phone. To make the experience more seamless for REW CRM users, we redesigned the Lead Details page to be more mobile-friendly. You’ll find new communication totals, collapsible lead activities, a more prominent contact panel, an activity line graph, lead relationship fields, and more on the new page. We tried to place everything exactly where you need it to be! Agent Goals and Report Scorecard

Are you working solo or with a team? Regardless of your team size, it’s important to have a tool to promote accountability and help track your progress. It’s all about having the support you need to measure your progress and find opportunities for improvement. With REW CRM’s Agent Goals and Report Scorecards, you can set daily and yearly goals, plus have your Report Scorecard automatically emailed to you. This Scorecard displays key metrics such as conversations, conversation time, calls made, texts sent, emails sent, and appointments booked. Agent performance is scored with a letter grade based on the timeframe selected. 

This tool is not only valuable to individual agents but also to team leaders. The Report Scorecard is a helpful coaching tool to help improve an agent’s performance and provide motivation to achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves. With just a glance, you can quickly see which aspect they need support for, and celebrate the goals they’re crushing! REW CRM’s Automations

At the end of last year, we launched a game-changing REW CRM feature: Automations. Using a framework of triggers, conditions, and actions, you can set various automation rules to streamline your process. Do you need to automatically email someone when a property is viewed? Or remove a lead from an action plan when the deal stage has changed? Once set up, you can do these without lifting a finger, and so much more, using REW CRM’s Automations. Automations Phase 2 is coming soon with a new set of triggers, conditions, and actions that will allow you to create even more complex automation rules. Conversations Metrics

You’re most probably tracking your call volume, but are you also keeping an eye on your conversations? While the number of calls is an important metric to track, it’s conversations, not calls, that you should focus on more. As real estate professionals, relationships are the lifeblood of our work, and it is conversations that lead to those strong connections. That’s why we introduced Conversations metrics on REW CRM so you can track your number of conversations, conversation time, and other key Conversations metrics. You can also set conversation targets on Agent Goals and include them in your Report Scorecard for easy monitoring. 

If you’re already tracking your Conversations metrics on the CRM, we invite you to join our study to help us answer the question, “How many conversations does it take to close a deal?” We already know that meaningful conversations can lead to conversion, but we want to pin down an actual number to determine the amount of time, effort, and resources needed to close a deal. Push Notifications & Calendar Sync

Staying on top of your lead engagements is a top priority for any agent, and with the Push Notifications and Google Calendar Sync update, you can easily do so. Push notifications appear on your mobile and desktop devices so you’re always aware of key lead activities (new lead assignments, inquiries, form submissions, and Shark Tank entry). We heard your feedback, and we understand that many agents use Google Calendar to book appointments, which is why we made it possible to sync your Google Calendar with REW CRM. Now, you won’t have to worry about missing any important appointments, and you can manage them on one platform! Read our Google Calendar Sync guide for the full instructions.

REW Dialer Updates

Our recent product updates have centered on improving REW Dialer even further. Now, your conversations are mapped, and your call outcome (conversation, attempt, voice mail, wrong number) is automatically recorded on the CRM. This reduces your manual work and allows you to easily track your Conversations metrics. If needed, you can still manually edit your call outcome by following the Conversations Mapping guide.

Another exciting update that we did on REW Dialer is adding the Caller ID feature, which can help boost your call answer rate and reduce the chances of your calls getting labeled as spam. The Caller ID is a much-awaited feature, but using it is completely optional. You can choose to retain your virtual number to ensure call and conversations metrics data remain with you if your agent moves on.
